Job raises his arms before a blazing altar as figures kneel beside him. Words and small figures surround the scene, carrying the prayer beyond the central image. William Blake’s Job’s Sacrifice belongs to Illustrations of the Book of Job, dated 1825–26 by The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Surrealium’s AI-assisted colour edition interprets the engraving’s rising flame and radiating light. The integral border and inscriptions remain part of the work, inviting close reading alongside the museum original.
