When does the gift card expire?

One year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the recipient's email.

What can it be used for?

Any digital portrait, render pack, or print fulfilled by Fable. The credit is added to the recipient's account balance.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered. If the gift card hasn't been delivered yet (scheduled in the future), contact support@surrealium.world for help.

Does the recipient need an account?

Yes — they'll be prompted to create a free Fable account when redeeming the code, so the credit is safely tied to their balance.
